My story.

Once upon a time, I embarked on an exciting journey to pursue a career in acting. When I graduated from Point Park University's theatre conservatory program, I had the opportunity to act & do voiceover for several national and international commercials. Some of these include Cinnabon, Moe’s, & Trident gum.  However, fate had a different script in mind.

Just as my acting career was gaining momentum, the unforeseen arrival of Covid-19 brought the world to a standstill. Undeterred by the sudden change, I took this opportunity for introspection. Tapping into my resourceful and problem-solving nature, I discovered new creative outlets. I delved into painting & branding. To my surprise, storytelling may take different forms than I initially thought. Fueling my curiosity further, I found the world of UX/UI design. I am passionate about crafting user personas and envisioning each user's journey and pain points. Drawing upon my theatrical background, I understand the power of empathy and how it directly correlates with creating outstanding user experiences. Being a great storyteller helps you build a better product, and getting in the mindset of a character on stage directly correlates with accessing empathy for a user.

I seek to merge my unique skills to design experiences that transcend the ordinary. I firmly believe in the transformative power of sharing our stories and connecting as human beings. By harnessing my creativity and technical expertise, I strive to create designs that captivate and change lives.

I reside in Pittsburgh, PA, with my awesome skateboarder husband & fuzzy chihuahua named Rico Suave. We spend our time eating dim sum, trying new cocktails, traveling to Miami to see my crazy Cuban family & watching questionably scary documentaries before bed (that we quickly regret.) I look forward to connecting with you!
